About Us - Company Structure

Invista's assets under management and revenues are derived from a broad spread of clients. Invista has classified its clients into two categories:

Separate accounts

Separate accounts are client funds such as St. James's Place, which are managed or advised by Invista. Typically the fund will be branded by the client who has responsibility for either or both ongoing distribution and asset allocation decisions.

Collective investor funds

Collective investor funds are Invista branded funds and can either be open or closed ended and listed or unlisted. The distribution of the collective investor funds is usually through the capital markets (as is the case for the Invista Foundation Property Trust and the Invista European Real Estate Trust) or third party distributors (as is the case for the Invista Property Portfolio Fund).
