The Invista Real Estate International Fund marks the company’s initial step in developing an Asia Pacific capability. It enables us to offer clients the opportunity to diversify their real estate exposure and benefit from future growth in Asia Pacific markets.
Location
Objective
The Fund's objective is to provide investors with a geared exposure to the Asia Pacific real estate market. The Fund will target both direct and indirect real estate assets seeking to achieve a targeted net return to investors of 15% pa.
Strategy
The Fund is seeking to partner with local operators who can demonstrate the most appropriate blend of local expertise, resource and commercial awareness backed up by a strong performance record. Opportunities within all real estate sectors in the three key target markets of Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan will be considered and, with appropriate local partners, opportunistic and value add strategies would be pursued.
