Invista Real Estate Management aims to offer a suite of best in class investment solutions for investors seeking to invest in real estate. Some investors prefer to invest in Investment Trust structures which offer daily liquidity through their stock market share listing and offer a closed ended capital structure; other investors prefer open ended unit trust structures with dealings in units typically at net asset value taking place on a monthly or more frequent basis. For the UK commercial real estate market, we currently offer investors a choice between these two formats, links to which are shown to the left.

In time we expect to offer a similar choice to investors wishing to invest with us in European commercial real estate and in UK residential real estate. We also launch from time to time new real estate funds which are more specialist in their strategies and which focus on a single sector or country or which have a very specific investment return target (typically more opportunistic). All our real estate funds are designed to offer a transparent or nearly transparent exposure to the underlying real estate such that taxes suffered within the fund vehicle itself are minimised. Furthermore, we are also an active participant in the consultations with the UK government on the new real estate investment trust (REIT) legislation and expect to offer new real estate opportunities in the future using these new rules which will facilitate for investors tax transparent investment in real estate with daily liquidity through a stock market listing.
