Invista Real Estate Management aims to offer a suite of best in class investment solutions for investors seeking to invest in real estate. Some investors prefer to invest in Investment Trust structures which offer daily liquidity through their stock market share listing and offer a closed ended capital structure; other investors prefer open ended unit trust structures with dealings in units typically at net asset value taking place on a monthly or more frequent basis.
