Invista Real Estate Investment Management is the largest UK listed real estate fund management group. The Group manages both commercial and residential property across the UK and continental Europe, and has a total of £8.0bn assets under management as at end June 2008.
We currently manage a total of 22 funds, some of which are for the largest UK providers of savings and investment products. Of the funds, 7 are HBOS funds (such as Clerical Medical), and 6 are other institutional clients’ funds (such as St. James's Place). The remainder are collective investor schemes, including real estate investment trusts and open ended unit trusts (such as Invista Foundation Property Trust and Invista Property Portfolio Fund).
Our people are drawn from diverse business backgrounds including fund management, property development, accounting, consultancy and investment banking and are brought together as teams to provide strong real estate returns and investment solutions best suited to our clients.
We have offices in London, Paris, and Guernsey and we plan to open further offices in Europe to support our rapidly expanding European activities.
