For Class B schemes no compensation is available under the Law in respect of defaults of Invista Real Estate Investment Management (CI) Limited. Invista Real Estate Investment Management (CI) Limited is not authorised under the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, nor is it subject to the rules and regulations made under that Act for the protection of retail investors. In particular compensation is not available under the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme in respect of defaults of Invista Real Estate Investment Management (CI) Limited.
