Philip joined Invista, formerly Insight Investment Management, in October 2003 as Head of External Funds. In May 2007 he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Philip has implemented the initiatives into Property Securities and the UK Residential sector. He now also acts as Chairman of Invista’s Asian Investment Committee. Prior to joining the company, he co-founded the specialist boutique fund manager Gatehouse Investment Management having previously been an international director of LaSalle Investment Management. At Jones Lang Wootton he had leading roles in the debt and finance team (JLW Finance) as well as the UK Fund Management division for new fund development. He began his career at Jones Lang Wootton and spent a number of years employed in Finance.
Philip has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. He has a degree from Reading University and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a member of Invista’s Executive Committee, New Business Update Board, Investment Property Forum and an FSA Approved Person.
