Robert joined Invista Real Estate to establish the Real Estate Securities team and manage the Global Securities Fund. He is responsible for developing the investment and portfolio strategy of the Fund, as well as trading and reporting. He has 13 years of investment management experience in real estate securities.
Before joining Invista Real Estate, Robert was a Principal and portfolio manager with Adelante Capital Management in the US where he started and managed the Global Property Securities Fund. Prior to that, he was Vice President at European Investors, analysing US and European property companies. He has also worked at AEW Capital Management in Boston and RREEF in San Francisco. Robert has a BA in Economics and Geography from Johns Hopkins University and a MS in Urban Planning from Columbia University.
