Chris joined Invista in October 2004 as a Director of Property Fund Development. The main focus of Chris’ work is the development and structuring of new property funds in the UK and overseas. Chris was formerly a director of Real Estate Investment Banking at the French bank IXIS Corporate & Investment Bank and prior to this he was a director of Corporate Finance at DTZ. Chris began his career in the investment banking divisions of ING Barings and then Merrill Lynch. Chris has studied at the London Business School and holds a degree from Cambridge University. Chris is an FSA approved person.
