Tracy joined the HBOS Group in January 1989 as a graduate trainee accountant working for Clerical Medical. In 2000 Tracy was seconded to Luxembourg for a year as interim Finance Director responsible for setting up the newly created finance team for Clerical Medical Europe. Tracy returned to the UK in 2001 as Head of Finance for Insight Investment Management. In March 2005 Tracy took up a new position as Head of Business Management reporting to the Head of Distribution for Insight.
Tracey joined Invista from Insight in September 2006 as Head of Finance. Tracy is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
